We exclusively breed Shih Tzu.   We do not practice or approve of cross breeding purebred dogs with others breeds. Developing a new breed requires very careful, selective breeding over several generations. Every breed has its own issues, and haphazardly throwing two different purebred breeds together to produce a litter to sell is dishonoring both breeds involved. The results will not be consistent, and you basically have nothing more than a mutt. While this is a trend that many see as a quick money making opportunity, we strongly disagree with this practice and encourage you not to be taken in by these mixed breedings. 

ALSO - to us, NO stud fee is worth compromising the breed.  Therefore, we will NOT allow use of studs on other breeds, therefore creating worthless mixed breeds.  I have come across more and more breeders who have been doing this - many in my own state.  It is poor business practice, and you are lowering your standards.... 

We also do not "stud out to everyone" for color competition. 

A Lesson In Humility

If you can start the day without caffeine,

If you can get going without pep pills,

If you can always be cheerful, ignoring aches and pains,

If you can resist complaining and boring people with your troubles,

If you can eat the same food everyday and be grateful for it,

If you can understand when your loved ones are too busy to give you any time,

If you can overlook it when those you love take it out on you, when, through no fault of yours, something goes wrong,

If you can ignore a friends limited education and never correct him,

If you can resist treating a rich friend better than a poor friend,

If you can face the world without lies and deceit,

If you can conquer tension without medical help,

If you can relax without liquor,

If you can say honestly that deep in your heart you have no prejudice against creed, color, or politics,

Then, my friend, you are almost as good as your dog.
